Catherine Skinner - Writer

Catherine has written three feature scripts so far: a sci-fi epic about credit card fraud; a small-town fable set in Eastern Europe; and a near-future detective story set in LA’s Koreatown. Before she started writing Catherine set up and ran a small mobile games company, where she won a BAFTA and got to spend a lot of time in Scandinavian business parks. Previous careers include being a physicist for the UK Atomic Energy Authority, working for TV companies in London and New York, living in Guatemala City writing reports on appropriate technology, doing a PhD in philosophy and working as an academic, and being a creative director at an internet company.
