STEPHEN SPENCE
Stephen read law at Oxford before training as a lawyer at Slaughter and May, where he qualified into a corporate finance group. Much of Stephen’s work involved raising finance for large multinational companies.
Having always had a great interest in film, Stephen helped found Quicksilver Films in 2007 and set up Quicksilver’s Enterprise Investment Scheme which is currently being used to raise finance for the company’s slate of three feature films (www.qsfilms.com). As Head of Business Affairs Stephen has responsibility for all commercial matters and as one of Quicksilver’s directors is also closely involved with the development of its projects.
