christine hartland - producer

Christine has over ten years experience as corporate event, film and video Producer. In 2004 she set up Patchwork Productions which has a slate of feature films at different stages of development (www.patchwork-productions.co.uk). In 2008 she produced her first feature film, the political thriller WMD by David Holroyd which is represented by Independent Film Company (Adulthood, Moon) and followed the reverse distribution model with a simultaneous UK theatrical release & iTunes launch in 2009 (*** 'Gripping' - the Guardian - www.wmd-insidestory.com). She has also produced award winning short films including the 35mm short SICK available at the BFI. She is the founder of mosaic networking www.mosaicnetworking.com).

Currently as well as trying to raise funds and awareness of her next feature film projects, she also works as Executive Producer (ie sharing the knowledge she has learnt whilst producing WMD) on a couple of debut feature films, LIFE JUST IS by Alex Barrett starring Jack Gordon Screen's 'Star of Tomorrow' (producer Tom Stuart) and VERITY'S SUMMER by Palme d'Or Nominee Ben Crowe (producer Emma Biggins).
